  • How long can you keep the inflatable?
    All rentals are available for up to 48 hours with no additional cost.
  • Is there a cost for cancelling?
    No cost for cancellation. We understand that plans do change and will not charge for any unit that is cancelled.
  • Is a deposit required?
    No deposits are required for any unit.
  • Are the units safe?
    Yes but must be used as instructed to maintain the safety. All units are thoroughly inspected and disinfected with EPA approved chemicals before and after each use.
  • Am I responsible if the unit gets damaged?
    Customers are only repsonsible for damage to units when neglecting safety rules are the cause.
  • Do you provide extension cords?
    Yes and at no cost.
  • Do your wet units come with a pool?
    Yes and at no cost.
  • Is there a delivery charge?
    No, all cost is as advertised.
